M3A Systems & Growth ("M3A", "we", "our") is a management consulting firm based in Syria, serving clients across MENA. Our website is m3aconsulting.com.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), phone number (optional), the message you send us, and technical metadata (your IP address, browser user-agent, and the time of submission).
We do not use third-party advertising trackers and do not sell your personal data.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up on a potential engagement.
- To prevent abuse of the contact form (rate-limiting, fraud detection).
- To meet our internal record-keeping obligations.
Legal basis: your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
How long we keep it
- Active leads: kept while the conversation is open, plus 12 months for follow-up.
- Archived leads: deleted after 90 days in the archived state.
- Technical metadata (IP, user-agent): kept for 12 months for security purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@m3aconsulting.com. We respond within 30 days.
